Peri Menopause?

Perimenopause is the pre-menopausal stage in which all the erratic and annoying symptoms occur, such as:

• changes in the menstrual cycle

• hot flashes

• night sweats

• panic attacks

• facial hair

• mood swings

• chest pains

Peri Menopause usually begins around 40-45. Peri Menopause can occur anywhere from ages 20 - 50. Women in their latter 20's can experience perimenopause, while some women in their early to mid-50's haven't even started to notice period irregularities.
